The E-Gel with SYBR Safe Starter Kit contains six Single Combed E-Gels stained with SYBR Safe DNA Stain consisting of either the 1.2% agarose (recommended for up to 5000 bp) or 2% agarose (recommended for up to 2000 bp) formulation, a power base into which the E-Gel is placed, and a 12 V AC power adapter.
The E-Gel with SYBR Safe Single Comb 18-Packs contains 18 replacement Single Combed E-Gels stained with SYBR Safe DNA Stain consisting of either the 1.2% agarose (recommended for up to 5000 bp) or 2% agarose (recommended for up to 2000 bp) formulation.
E-Gels with SYBR Safe DNA are for use with the Vernier Blue Digital Bioimaging System.
