1. Which TI-Nspire computer software are you interested in purchasing multi-user licenses for?
   You can purchase multi-user licenses of the following TI-Nspire family computer software:

2. Are you using Macintosh computers?
   Multi-user licenses apply to PC computers only. Macintosh computer users must purchase single user license versions of TI-Nspire Computer Software or TI-Nspire Computer Software - Teacher Edition.

3. What are my multi-user license types?
   There are two types of multi-user licenses:

   License Type	Description	Order Code Format
   Volume	This option allows you to install and access the software on a fixed number of computers. Once the software is installed and activated on a computer, that instance (seat) of the license cannot be transferred	TI-NSxx-Vx-xx
   Concurrent	This option allows you to install and run the software on any computer connected to your network. A Concurrent server is used to determine how many instances (seats) of the software are being used at one time and limits the usage to the number of purchased seats. This option requires every computer to be connected to a network when using the software.	TI-NSxx-Cx-xx

4. How do I know which license version of the software is best for me?
   To determine which license is best for you, consider the following:
   • If the computers running the software are not always connected to your school's network when using this software, you will need to purchase the Volume or Single User License.
   • If you do not always use the same computers when using this software (and the computers are always connected to the network), you would likely save money by choosing the Concurrent License.
5. What are the different terms available with the licenses?
   There are two different terms available for multi-user licenses:

   License Terms	Description	Order Code Format
   Perpetual	A license that is good for an indefinite period of time.	TI-NSxx-xP-xxx
   Subscription	A license that is good for a specified period of time. For the TI-Nspire family software, subscriptions are for 365 days once activated. Subscriptions are not available with the TI-Nspire Teacher Edition Software.	TI-NSxx-xS-xxx

6. When is it better to purchase a subscription instead of a perpetual license?
   You should consider the subscription license term in the following situations:
   • You plan to use the software for less than three years.
   • You need to add additional "seats" to the software you already own to handle year-to-year fluctuations in class size.
   • Limited yearly budget prohibits purchasing a perpetual license.
7. What are the different delivery methods available?
   There are two different delivery methods available:

   CD	A shippable CD is sent to you. Subscriptions are not available with CD delivery.	TI-NSxx-xx-KT
   Electronic Download	Software is downloaded electronically.	TI-NSxx-xx-ESW

8. When is it better to receive the software via electronic download?
   The advantages of getting the software via electronic download include:
   • No shipping costs.
   • Faster turn on orders (no waiting for shipment).
   • Electronic Downloads are a better value when purchasing more than 60 seats.
   • Get exactly the number you want. The CD version is only sold in multiples of 10 (The Teacher Edition software is sold in multiples of 5.)
9. Can I purchase a combination of license types?
   Yes, all software license types are compatible and can be purchased in a single transaction.
10. Are there quantity discounts available?
