Data Pro Updates

Data Pro for Palm OS^® 5 handhelds Version 1.71, released: 02/16/07
Recommended only for Palm Tungsten T5, Tungsten E2, and Palm T\|X handhelds already running version 1.70. This patch fixes a timing issue in Data Pro/LabPro communication that randomly causes the Data Pro program to 'freeze'. This problem only affects newer, faster Palm handhelds like the Tungsten T5, E2, and Palm T\|X. It is not recommended for any other handheld model. The Palm handheld must already have installed Data Pro Version 1.70 before installing the Patch 1.71. Download this patch file and save it to the disk on the computer to which you HotSync your Palm handheld: Download Data Pro 1.71 Update (DataPro171.prc, 548 KB) Instructions for installing: Double-click on the downloaded file on your computer. The Palm Install program will start. In the "Confirm Add" window, choose the Palm handheld username to which the file will be installed. OK the "Confirm Add" window. Perform a HotSync operation with the chosen Palm to install the new program. Repeat the process for any other Palm handhelds.

Data Pro for Palm OS^® 4 & 5 handhelds and Dana Version 1.7, released: 12/21/05
Recommended for use with Dana, Palm® handhelds (m125, m130, m500, m515, i705, Zire 71, T\|X, and Tungsten E2, T, T2, T3, T5, C, W), Garmin® iQue™ handhelds (3200, 3600), and Sony handhelds (PEG-TJ25, TJ35, TJ27, and TJ37). Recommended for use with older Palm® handhelds and Visor handhelds: m100, m105, III, IIIe, IIIx, IIIxe, Platinum, Prism, Pro, and Neo. New features include: Photogate support Direct printing via IR Support for Dana by Alphasmart Download 1.3 Update: Macintosh updater (2.56 MB) Windows updater (2.36 MB)
