Collect GPS (Global Positioning System) Data with Vernier

Vernier GPS Sensor

Our GPS receivers collect real-time latitude, longitude, and altitude when connected to a LabQuest or a computer running Logger Pro. When used conjunction with other sensors, the location data is saved along with the sensor data. This is particularly useful for environmental studies where you want to know the location of your sampling sites, or when studying motion, velocity, or acceleration over long distances.

The data can be graphed in LabQuest App or Logger Pro, or exported to Google Maps or in a format used by ArcGIS or ArcExplorer Java Edition for Education (AEJEE).

GPS Receivers

There are two choices for GPS receivers to collect GPS data with Vernier products.
