Graphical Analysis for Apple II Computers

Graphical Analysis

This award-winning program is just what your students need to plot graphs of their experimental data. The graphs produced follow standard graphing conventions and can 0include point protectors, a background grid, error bars, or linear regression "best-fit" lines. Graphical Analysis can be used to create modified versions of the graph. For example, if you have a table of the distance an object has fallen from rest vs. time, you can have the computer automatically calculate values of time squared and then plot a distance vs. time squared graph. You can modify the data on either axis by raising it to any power, taking the log, or using a trig function. This can be very useful in finding the relationship between variables. Data tables may contain up to 512 data pairs divided into as many as four separate data series. Apple II Graphical Analysis files may be transferred to and from AppleWorks.

Student Versions of Graphical Analysis

You may have students who are interested in using Graphical Analysis on their home computers. We have student versions of our Apple II Graphical Analysis program available for $10.00. The program is exactly the same as the teacher version, but there is no manual, only a Quick Reference Card. There are a few purchase requirements, including a minimum order of eight. Contact Vernier Software for details.
