The CBL 2 is an easy to use, powerful, and inexpensive data collection tool. You
can start collecting data right out of the box with CBL 2 in four easy steps: 1. Transfer the built-in user program from the CBL 2 to your calculator with a single button push. 2. Run the program. 3. Plug in one of our auto-ID sensors. 4. Begin collecting data. |

More than 40 sensors, such as our Motion Detector, Dual-Range Force Sensor, pH probe, or Oxygen Gas Sensor, can be connected to the CBL 2 (see our sensors). Since the CBL 2 is portable and battery powered, you can take it out of the classroom for experiments such as measuring accelerations on amusement rides or monitoring the temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH of a lake or stream. Within the classroom, you can use the CBL 2 and a graphing calculator as a low-cost alternative to computers for collecting and analyzing real-world data. The CBL 2 System includes the CBL 2 interface, a stainless steel temperature probe, light probe, voltage probe, calculator cradle, short link cable, user’s guide, and a TI Resource CD. |
