Do you have a site-license policy?
We have a very generous site-license policy. The purchase of one copy of any Vernier program entitles you to install it on every computer in your school or college department (including the school network). Purchasers of Logger Pro 3, Graphical Analysis 3, and Spectro Pro are also permitted to distribute these programs to their students or teachers for home use.
All Vernier products carry a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All Texas Instruments products, Davis Instruments weather stations and accessories, the Extech Regulated DC Power Supply, and the Extech Sound Level Meter are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Consumables associated with Vernier products are excluded from the five-year limited warranty. These include D.O. Membranes, Calcium, Ammonium, and Nitrate ISE Replacement Modules, cuvettes, and solutions.

Our standard shipping charge within the continental United States is 3% with an $10.00 minimum (for UPS Ground). For residential addresses, we have a $12.00 minimum.
Shipping methods other than UPS ground and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be more. Please contact us for details.
What should I do if I have a hardware problem?
First, contact us to discuss the problem. If we cannot troubleshoot the problem on the phone, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. It is important that you include a note with your school name and address, and a description of the problem. Send the product to:
