Real-World Math Made Easy
Recommended for High School.
Real-World Math Made Easy contains 31 activities that explore real-world mathematical applications and concepts using TI graphing calculators and sensors.
Description
The Real World Math Made Easy book is no longer available. We are substituting our new Real-World Math with Vernier book, which includes the The Real World Math Made Easy files on the CD in the back of the book.
The included activities cover a range of concepts from algebra through calculus. Every activity in the printed text contains student and teacher sections written to work with the EasyData application for the TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus families of calculators. The included CD contains the word-processing files for each activity in the book. Also included on the CD are the word-processing files for other TI graphing calculators using the DataMate data-collection program.
Included with Real-World Math Made Easy
- Complete student activity with materials list, step-by-step instructions, data tables, and questions.
- Teacher Information section for each activity with complete directions for setting up activities, helpful tips, and sample graphs and data.
- Word-processing files for each student activity on CD so that any activity may be easily edited to your specifications (Microsoft Word format).
Features listed above are only available when you purchase the lab book. The downloadable evaluation PDFs include student instructions only.
