Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 and Windows XP Update

Note: The following information is only relevant if you are installing older versions of Logger Pro or Graphical Anaylsis. If you are installing current versions, disregard the following instructions. In order for Logger Pro 2.x or Graphical Analysis 3.0 or 3.1 to work correctly with Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (released August 1, 2002), you will need to update your copy of Logger Pro to version 2.2.1, or Graphical Analysis to version 3.1.1. An upcoming Service Pack for Windows XP may cause a similar problem with Windows XP, so we recommend that XP users also perform these updates. If you already have Windows 2000 Service Pack 3, and are about to install Logger Pro or Graphical Analysis for the first time:Check your install CDs for version numbers. If you have Logger Pro 2.2.1 or Graphical Analysis 3.1.1, install normally. If you have an earlier version of either program, install Logger Pro or Graphical Analysis, but do not reboot after installation completes. Download and run the appropriate updater (Logger Pro or Graphical Analysis), then reboot.If your Windows 2000 computer will not boot properly after installing SP3, Logger Pro, or Graphical Analysis:If you already have Logger Pro, or Graphical Analysis and are about to install SP3 to Windows 2000:If you are running Windows XP:Check your install CDs for version numbers. If you have Logger Pro 2.2.1 or Graphical Analysis 3.1.1, install normally.
