Why doesn‘t my new Thermocouple work with Logger Pro/Logger Lite?

Answer

Vernier Thermocouples were updated in the spring of 2004. The old model had two wires, while the new model has only one wire. Logger Pro 3.3 and Logger Lite 1.2 are the first versions of our software to support this new model. Go to www.vernier.com/downloads or call 1-888-837-6437 to request an upgrade.
