How can I get cradles for TI-84 Plus, TI-84 Plus Silver Edition or TI-89 Titanium to use with LabPro or CBL 2?

The TI-84 Plus, TI-84 Plus Silver Edition and the TI-89 Titanium calculators are slightly larger than previous TI graphing calculators. Because of this difference, these models need a different cradle when used with LabPro or CBL 2. A new cradle is available that accommodates all three of these models. This cradle also includes a longer cable which is needed for these calculators.

LabPro users
After August 1, 2004, each LabPro package was shipped with two cradles, one cradle fit the older calculators, i.e. 73, 82, 83, 83 Plus, 86 and 89, and the other fit the new TI-84 Plus and TI-89 Titanium calculators.

If you purchased a LabPro prior to August, 2004, contact us, and we will provide you with free cradles for these new calculators.

CBL 2 users
As of August, 2006, CBL 2s sold by Vernier include two cradles, one for the 73/83/86 series and one for the 84/89 Titanium series. Customers who previously purchased CBL 2s can obtain 84/89 Titanium cradles from TI. To order cradles from TI, call their toll free number, 1-800-TI-CARES.
