Support by Product

The Logger Pro Mac installer or updater can fail if the existing installation is unusual in certain ways, such as having been installed by root or a superuser. This can also happen if the hard drive was imaged incorrectly.

To successfully install Logger Pro, you must remove Logger Pro manually.

Try deleting the Logger Pro 3 folder in the Applications folder. Then try installing Logger Pro again.
