There are circumstances in Logger Pro or Logger Lite for OS X where the toolbar can disappear.

In almost all cases, you have clicked the hide toolbar button (a pill-shaped button) at the upper right corner of the Logger Pro window. This hide button is a feature of OS X, and can be seen in applications such as Mail.app. To retrieve the toolbar, click the button a second time.

Much less likely, there is a possible bug in OS X 10.4 only where the toolbar region remains, but the buttons are not drawn. Hide and show the toolbar using the toolbar button to redraw the toolbar.

Quitting and restarting Logger Pro will also bring back the toolbar in this rare case.
