Which printers are supported in LabQuest?

Answer

We only support HP printers that have USB connectivity, but not all HP printers with USB. There are two lists here: compatible printers and not-compatible printers. We will be adding printers as they are tested. This list applies to LabQuest version 1.2 and newer, which you may download at
http://www.vernier.com/labquest/updates/

Note that this list is only when printing directly from LabQuest App; when using Logger Pro on a computer with LabQuest, you may print to any printer.

Unknown Compatiblity: All other HP printers with a USB port may work with LabQuest, but we have not been able to test them.

What to do if your printer does not work:

Be sure that you are using the correct USB cable, TIL 1797: How do I connect LabQuest to a printer?
If you get the warning that the printer is not supported, tap on the Details down-arrow, copy all of the details into an email, and send it to info@vernier or call for Tech Support at 888-837-6437. (You need LabQuest version 1.2 to see the details.)

Please describe that your printer does not work with LabQuest and include the details you copied from the warning message. We will try to find an answer for you.
