Will Logger Pro run in a 64-bit version of Windows XP, Vista, or 7?

Yes.

Logger Pro 3.8 and newer are compatible with Vista 64 and Windows 7 64 when used with Vernier interfaces. No version of Logger Pro is compatible with XP 64.

Logger Pro 3.8.3 and newer add support for TI calculator import and Ocean Optics spectrometers.
