LabQuest battery does not charge

Answer

Sometimes, when using LabQuest App 1.2 and earlier, the battery charge indicator does not update to the current battery state, even though the battery really is charged. A simple fix that often works is to tap the battery icon to force the status indicator to update.

If that doesn't work, this issue has been resolved in LabQuest App 1.3 and newer, which you may download at
http://www.vernier.com/labquest/updates/

A few other things to check:
-Has it been plugged in for 8 hours to get a full charge?
