Question

Why is there a second, smaller Collect button icon to the left of the regular Collect icon?

Answer

Very rarely as LabQuest starts up, the Collect icon handler starts up out of its normal order. This causes the "ghost" icon to appear to the left of the usual Collect button. This symptom may cause problems with using events modes like Events with Entry and Selected Events. Even though the LabQuest may appear to function normally, rebooting it is recommended.

This behavior is seen far less frequently in LabQuest App version 1.1 and newer. The most recent version of the LabQuest App is available as a free download at:
