LabQuest hardkeys (buttons) do not respond.

If the touch screen is working, but the buttons do not. it is possible that the top and bottom of the buttons are not completely settled together. If you "massage" the cluster of buttons with your thumbs, they should settle into place. If this does not work, we can replace the unit.
