My IPS AC Adapter does not power my LabPro, WDSS, or Stir Station.

Between 8/27/08 and 9/5/08, a small number of power supplies were shipped that were defective. If you received a power supply around this time with the name "CUI Inc" on it, rather than a Vernier logo, it is probably problematic. It will not hurt your device, but it will not work. If it has the Vernier caliper logo, there should be no problem.

Please call our Technical Support staff if you have a "CUI Inc" power supply. We will arrange to have new power supplies shipped to you immediately.
