I broke the screen on my LabQuest. Can it be repaired?

This is not covered by our standard warranty because the only way to break a screen is to hit it very hard. If you like, we can examine the unit and see if it can be repaired. If we need to replace the screen, there is a $50 charge.

Contact our technical support staff to get a return merchandise authorization. Please have the method of payment for the repair ready, or be able to provide the contact info for someone at your school who can process the replacement fee.
