We do not sell LEGO kits. LEGO wants all educators in the US to buy from http://www.legoeducation.com/store/

LEGO MINDSTORMS software is also sold by http://www.legoeducation.com/store/ separately as a site license to the school.

LEGO products are also sold through retail channels, but there are good reasons to buy through the educational dealer. When you buy the MINDSTORMS NXT kit form Pitsco (legoeducation.com), it has a rechargeable battery. When you buy the retail version of the kit, it does not have the rechargeable battery, also the software that comes with it doesn't have the data logging/graphing feature.
