Graphical Analysis 3.8.4 is a native Intel application and doesn't require Rosetta, it is a free update from 3.4 to 3.8.4 available here:

You can also contact us for a full installer instead of an upgrade.

Mac OS X 10.6 (aka Snow Leopard) does not run applications compiled for PowerPC processors without first installing Rosetta. Rosetta is a system enhancement that allows the OS to run older software compiled for PowerPC processors.

The first time a PowerPC based software application is opened in Snow Leopard, the OS will prompt to install Rosetta. If you need to run a version of Graphical Analysis older than 3.8.4, you must allow the Rosetta installation to proceed.

Next, open Graphical Analysis again. It will now run normally.

Note that all of the features of Graphical Analysis are now built into our Logger Pro program. In the old days, there was overlap between Graphical Analysis and Logger Pro, but they were built from separate codebases. However, now Graphical Analysis is really just a subset of the features of Logger Pro. When you open Logger Pro with no sensors attached, it behaves exactly the same as Graphical Analysis.

Logger Pro does not require Rosetta, because it is an Intel compliant application.
