I am getting a \"No Battery\" message on LabQuest

Answer

If you receive a "No Battery" message on your LabQuest, it is most likley because the battery is not connected to the LabQuest. If you are comfortable changing the battery, try removing and re-installing the battery.

If not, please contact Vernier technical support to arrange a repair or replacement of the LabQuest.
