Original LabQuest
This information pertains to the original LabQuest.
If you have LabQuest 2, see LabQuest 2 Battery Troubleshooting and FAQs

If you receive a "No Battery" message on your LabQuest, it is most likely because the battery wiring harness has come loose from the LabQuest unit. If you are comfortable changing the battery, try removing and reinstalling the battery. For more information about how to change the battery, see: TIL 2189: How do I remove or replace a LabQuest battery?

If you are not comfortable changing the battery, please contact Vernier technical support.
