The most common problem with Logger Pro on a Windows computer is caused by an issue with how the drivers were installed. Common cases for this are a recent Windows upgrade, or using a modified installer that fails to install the drivers. (We strongly recommend that you do not modify the the Logger Pro installer TIL 1681: How can I install Logger Pro on several computers? Is there an MSI file or a silent installer?.) To solve this problem, you must uninstall and re-install Logger Pro. You will need to be logged in as an administrator.

To uninstall Logger Pro 3 for Windows 7/Vista:
1. Choose Uninstall a Program or Programs and Features
2. Find Logger Pro 3 in the list
3. Choose Uninstall

Also note that Logger Pro 3 must be installed locally, and not over a network. This is the only way for Logger Pro 3 to have access to the needed drivers.
