This has been reported on Windows computers running Logger Pro 3.5 to 3.8.2. Logger Lite 1.5 is also affected. Earlier versions of Lite may also show the problem.

At launch, or on opening an experiment file, Logger Pro displays no graph axes or labels, and shows only a white area where the graph should be. This happens 100% of the time on afflicted computers.

The problem has been resolved by reinstalling a missing system font called Lucida Unicode Regular. This font is a part of Windows installs, but a user or application may have removed it.
