Experiment files recorded on the LabQuest can be saved to a USB drive for transfer to Logger Pro. Follow these steps:

1) Record experiment data, or choose Open from the File menu to load a previously-saved experiment.
2) Insert USB drive or SD card.
3) Choose Save from the File menu.
4) Tap the USB or SD icon.
5) Name the file and choose Save.

The file can now be opened by Logger Pro 3 on a computer or by another LabQuest.

Data files can also be saved as tab-delimited ASCII text files (.txt), for import into Microsoft Excel and any other spreadsheet program. Follow these steps:

1) Record experiment data, or choose Open from the File menu to load a previously-saved experiment.
2) Insert USB drive.
3) Choose Export from the File menu.
4) Tap the USB icon.
5) Name the file and choose Save.
