You can record video on an iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 or newer or an iPod with HD video recording. Although they do not have cameras, the iPod touch 3rd generation and iPad can analyze video files that have been transfered to that device. You can import video via email, iTunes File Sharing or Photo Library sync.

To add a video file via email: (Wireless)
1) Email the video file to an email account you've set up on the iOS device.
2) Using Mail app on your device, find the email you sent and tap on the video attachment to complete the download.
3) Tap and hold the video icon.
4) Select "Open in Video Physics."

To add video via iTunes file sharing: (Does not require sync to single computer)
1) Connect the device to iTunes and select it from the sidebar.
2) Scroll down to the File Sharing section of the Apps tab.
3) Select Video Physics.
4) Click Add and browse for your file.
5) Launch Video Physics on the device.
6) Click the + (Add) button and choose "File Sharing..."
7) Select your video file. (If you were already on this screen, tap the refresh button to see your video file.)

To add a video file to the Photo Library via iTunes sync: (Photo Library of device can only be associated with one computer at a time.)
1) Connect the device to iTunes and select it from the sidebar.
2) Use the Photos tab to select and sync your video.

Media formats supported: Currently, iOS supports H.264 and MPEG-4 Part 2 video. For more information on iOS video support, see: http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#referencelibrary/GettingStarted/GS_AudioVideo_iPhone/
