Yes. However, in the TI-Nspire software v3.0, two-point calibration of an ISE is broken. When calibrating using a computer, the calibration values will be wrong. When calibration using a handheld, the handheld will show the spinning clock icon after “keeping” the first calibration point, requiring the handheld to be reset to recover.

This issue was resolved in the v3.1 software (released 9/7/2011). See education.ti.com to get the latest version of the TI-Nspire software.
