1. Try pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds.
2. Try a reboot
      Tap the Home icon, then choose "Control Panel", and "Reboot"
3. Try a hard reset

4. If the LabQuest still will not turn off, contact Vernier technical support to set up a repair.
