Support by Product

Our LabVIEW installer is designed to install the proper LabVIEW support files for the LabQuest devices to work on 32-bit or 64-bit Windows computers. However, a bug in the installer was resulting in one file required for 64-bit communication being improperly installed. Therefore, the LabQuest devices could not be detected when running a LabQuest VI, or opening the LabQuest Express VI.

The fix:
The installer was updated in February 2012 to fix this problem and to properly install all required 64-bit files. If you downloaded the installer before February 2012, or if you ran the installer for LabVIEW for Education, then you should disconnect your LabQuest and run the new installer. Running the new installer will properly update all LabQuest files.
