Why doesn't Graphical Analysis for iPad see my LabQuest 2?

To connect LabQuest 2 with Graphical Analysis for iPad, first make sure both devices are on the same network and that data sharing is enabled.
If you tap the Add Session (+) button in Graphical Analysis and the LabQuest 2 device name doesn't appear in the list, verify the following:
1. Make sure the LabQuest and iPad connections are on the same Wi-Fi network.
LabQuest: Tap the radio icon in the toolbar. Verify that the correct network name is displayed along with a numeric IP address.
iPad: Go to Settings app and look for Wi-Fi settings. Verify that the correct network name is displayed.
2. Check that data sharing is enabled.
On LabQuest, press the home button. Then choose Connections > Data Share.
3. Connect via Graphical Analysis for iPad.
On iPad:
a. Open Graphical Analysis
b. If the LabQuest name still doesn't show up in the Data Servers list, tap the + button and choose Specify Server
d. Enter the IP address displayed on the LabQuest screen.
If you are able to connect via the IP address but the LabQuest 2 device name does not display in the list, check the App Store to be sure you have the latest version of Graphical Analysis. If the problem persists, your devices may not share the same subnet mask, or your network may not be configured to allow Bonjour networking. Please contact your network administrator.
If neither method works, your network may be configured to isolate clients. Please contact your network administrator.
