For Logger Pro version 3.8.6:
The Logger Pro silent installer (msi installer,) will prompt for a password when you run it in interactive mode, it doesn't need the password when it is run silently. The installer is run silently automatically by most application deployment programs such as SCCM and Group Policy. If it isn't being run silently automatically, then you should run the installer with the "/qn" flag like we demonstration in the included batch file. If you don't run the installer silently it will make you manually step though all the dialogs, (including the password one.)

For Logger Pro versions 3.8.5.1 and older:
The silent installer requires the password be passed in as an argument to the installer like we demonstrate in the included batch file. Failing to pass this argument, but otherwise running the installer silently will just silently fail.
