If your device does not boot LabQuest App, but instead repeatedly goes blank and then displays the square LabQuest logo, try these steps:
1. Remove the battery and disconnect from AC power.
2. Reconnect AC power (but not the battery).
3. If the unit boots, install the battery.
If the unit is still stuck in a loop, contact Vernier Technical Support for further assistance.
