A battery monitor calibration issue can sometimes cause a LabQuest 2 device to turn off a few seconds after being turned on. LabQuest App never loads completely. In this case, try the following steps:
1. Connect to AC power and turn the unit on again.
2. If that doesn't work, remove the battery and AC power, wait 30 seconds, then replace AC power only (not the battery).
If either of the steps above allows the unit to boot fully, leave the unit connected to AC power and ON overnight to allow the battery to charge and the calibration to be reset.
