LabQuest: I do not see my network SSID in the Network Configuration list.

Sometimes you do not see the network name (SSID) you are looking for in the network list. Note that this issue may be intermittent, sometimes that network will show up and other times it will not.
Try the following:
1. Reboot the LabQuest and try again.
2. Choose Join Other Network... and enter the SSID and passphrase (both are case sensitive).
3. Try connecting to a network without encryption, to verify that the LabQuest device is indeed able to connect.
Please contact tech support if these steps do not resolve the issue or if the LabQuest device can only connect to unencrypted networks.
