This information pertains to LabQuest 2 and LabQuest 3.

The original LabQuest does not support this functionality.

If you are having trouble connecting to an Enterprise network and you keep getting prompted to reenter the passphrase, try the following…

1. Make sure you are running the latest version of the LabQuest software.
a. LabQuest 2—Tap Home > System > System Information
    LabQuest 3—Tap Settings > System Information
b. Verify the LabQuest version number with the one shown at https://www.vernier.com/downloads/
c. If you are not running the latest software, update your LabQuest.

2. Forget the Network
a. LabQuest 2—Tap the Wi-Fi icon to launch the Connections App.
    LabQuest 3—Tap Connections App from the Settings screen.
b. Tap the top-right icon to view the Network Settings dialog.
c. Tap the Enterprise network to which you want to connect so it is shown above the list of available networks. (You likely will have to attempt to connect again.)
d. Tap the icon in the top-right corner to access the Network Details dialog.
e. Tap Forget Network.

3. Connect to the network again using a valid network login.
a. LabQuest 2—Tap the Wi-Fi icon to launch the Connections App.
    LabQuest 3—Tap Connections App from the Settings screen.
b. Tap the top-right icon to view the Network Settings dialog.
c. Tap the Enterprise network to which you want to connect.
d. Enter a valid user name and passphrase then tap Connect.

If the above steps fail to get the LabQuest connected to the network, repeat steps 2-3, try a different user login, and reboot the LabQuest. If you continue to have trouble contact us.
