Experiment 28B Polarization of Light in the Physics With Vernier lab book uses the Rotary Motion Sensor (RMV-BTD) to collect angle data of the rotating polarized lens while collecting light intensity data.

The Go Direct Rotary Motion Sensor will also attach to the bracket of the polarizer/analyzer. It may require an adjustment of the bracket so that it sits as low as possible. You can adjust the height of the bracket by loosening the bracket, snugging the bracket down against the bottom of the case and re-tightening the screws.

You will require a different sized pulley belt. A size 34 O ring works well for this application.
