If the LabQuest 2 screen is a solid white, please try the following:
1. Try to turn the unit off by holding the power button down for 10 seconds.
If the unit won’t shut off that way:
a. Remove the battery and disconnect the AC power adapter so the unit shuts off.
b. Connect the AC power adapter or reinstall the battery.
2. Press the power button to power on the device.
If the unit boots up normally at this point, the white screen was some sort of software crash. Install the latest update: https://www.vernier.com/support/updates/labquest/labq2/
If the screen is still white, there may be a problem with the video card or one of the internal connections. Please contact Vernier Technical Support to set up a repair.
