When using Logger Pro 2.0 for Windows the program is unable to detect the connected LabPro using the USB cable. What is the problem?

Logger Pro version 2.0 may experience difficulty with USB drivers on some machines. The best solution to this problem is to uninstall Logger Pro from your computer then install version 2.2.1 or newer of Logger Pro. The download id available as a password-protected file. Please call Vernier tech support at 1-888-837-6437 and ask for a free upgrade to Logger Pro 2.2.1.
