Question

I have a pre-2.1.1 version of Logger Pro for Windows. When I run the program and try to use the Sensor Setup dialog, the program crashes. How do I fix this?

Answer

This problem is unique to Windows NT 4.0/2000 and is a permissions issue. Download the latest version of Logger Pro at:
http://www.vernier.com/tech/lpupdates.html

then install that version of Logger Pro as a user with administrative rights to the computer. Make sure Logger_Pro_User group has read/write permissions to the ...Vernier SoftwareLogger Pro (2.1)Calibrations folder.
