When I retrieve data from a remote data collection experiment using Logger Pro, I get just voltages or incorrect readings. What is wrong?

When setting up for a remote data collection experiment, make sure that all probes are connected to the LabPro before selecting "Set Up LabPro" from the Remote menu. If you plug the probes into the LabPro after selecting Set Up, the proper calibration for the sensor is not loaded and the returned data will be incorrect.

We recommend that you use Logger Pro 3.4.1 or newer for remote data collection with the LabPro. Improvements in this version make remote data collection much simpler.
