There are three different battery icons shown when running a LabQuest. The icons, used in conjunction with the battery lever %, provide information about the state of the battery.
 
50% — Running on battery power (50% battery life remaining)
 
50% — Battery is charging (50% charged)
— Battery fault or no battery (If you see this icon when you power your LabQuest for the first time, the protective battery tab may not have been removed.)
