The address will not validate for my order. What should I do?

Double check that the address is a valid USPS address. You can use the USPS online verification tool to check for a valid USPS format.

If the shipping address is not a valid USPS address (some colleges/universities and rural addresses), try these steps:

  1. Uncheck the “Ship to a Different Address” box during checkout.
  2. Validate the Billing Address (this should always be a USPS address).
  3. Once the billing address is validated, check the “Ship to a Different Address” box.
  4. Do NOT click “Validate” again.
  5. You should be able to complete your order now.
