Note that purchases must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order and must be in new, unused condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rentals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your rental, we provide a prepaid UPS label to ship the items to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to our <a href=\"https:\/\/row.ups.com\/GuestAccess\/Guest\/Entry?Company=1303664a-db2d-4894-9707-6113c4ba2aa5\">UPS Return Form<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u201cContinue as Guest\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the instructions on the UPS Return Form to generate your prepaid UPS label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Package your items carefully into a box so they are not damaged in transit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply the UPS label to the box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take your return to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theupsstore.com\/tools\/find-a-store\">UPS Store<\/a> or any location with UPS pickup service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact <a href=\"mailto:Rentals@vernier.com\">rentals@vernier.com<\/a> if you have questions or problems.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Orders To return a purchase, please contact rentals@vernier.com or 888-837-6437 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
