Vernier was recently honored as one of four Oregon-based organizations to receive the 2015 Governor’s Sustainability Award. The award, created by former Governor Ted Kulongoski in 2006, recognizes private, non-profit, and government sector businesses for their commitment to sustainable practices.
Vernier won the Technology Award for its roof-top bat houses and bee hive to help struggling species, as well as for its use of a 2,500-gallon tank to capture rainwater for landscaping. See more about our environmental and sustainability practices »
