This page is about an interaction between Vernier Video Analysis and the Firefox browser. No other browsers or apps are affected.

Vernier Video Analysis includes an Export feature in the File menu. One output option is PDF. If this option is chosen, sometimes Firefox will present an endless spinner.

To fix this,

1. Open Firefox settings
2. Scroll down on the General section to the Applications heading
3. Look for (or search for) Portable Document Format (PDF) and set the Action to “Open in Firefox”
