We have tested several different models, and found that netbooks work very well with our products. However, the netbook market is very competitive and changes quite fast, so there are many models we have not tested. In general, as newer netbooks become faster and more powerful, they work better and better with our equipment.

In our testing, we have found that a computer with the following specs will run Logger Pro acceptably, but may run videos or large data sets slowly:
-CPU: 1.6 GHz processor (or faster)
     -Display: 10.1 inches (or bigger)
     -Memory: 1GB ram (or more)

We have not yet seen a netbook that plays video smoothly in Logger Pro. If you do not use the video analysis features, this will not be an issue.

For netbooks built in 2007 and earlier, we generally recommend Logger Lite instead of Logger Pro. Newer computers work well with both Logger Pro and Logger Lite.
