This problem is resolved in LabQuest 1.2 and newer.
If Logger Pro is left on the sensors dialog box (the one with the image of LabQuest) for an extended period of time, the LabQuest 1.1 and 1.0 will eventually disconnect itself. Restarting Logger Pro will allow reconnection, but if you return to the sensors dialog the LabQuest will again disconnect. Cycling the LabQuest power will let the sensors dialog be displayed for a short time, but to restore the LabQuest you must reboot it.
Seen in Logger Pro 3.6.x, LabQuest 1.1 and 1.0 only. The solution is to upgrade LabQuest to 1.2 or newer, which is a free download from our web site at:
