Yes. We recently have two sets of lab activities that can be used in climate-related topics:
Middle School
Weather, Climate, and Water Cycling: Vernier Supplement to OpenSciEd Unit 6.3 (OSE-63WC-E) is part of the our free supplement to OpenSciEd Unit 6.3.

High School:
Climate and Meteorology Experiments (HSB-CM-E)
supports Climate and Meteorology Experiments with Go Direct® Package (GDP-CM)

In November of 2010, Dave Vernier attended a conference at West Point Academy and learned that West Point had already been using Vernier sensors as part of the military education preparation for a changing climate. Most of the activities were from our existing lab books; they also had developed a few new ideas.

In order to make it easier to teach about climate change, we decided to make four of the inquiry-style climate change activities available as a free download at:
https://www.vernier.com/files/sample_labs/VST-climate-change-investigations.zip

These labs come from three different lab books:
Investigating Environmental Science through Inquiry (ESI)
Investigating Chemistry through Inquiry (CHEM-I)
Investigating Biology through Inquiry (BIO-I)

There are several other classroom activities that could be included in a climate-themed unit; these can be found at:

We also recommend the work of the Paleontological Research Institution, based in Ithaca, NY. Their Teacher-Friendly Guides series includes a book entitled The Teacher-Friendly Guide to Climate Change. This guide has many useful resources for incorporating climate change lessons into science programs. It is available as a free download at:
